Hank Burgoyne, joined as Kronenberger Burgoyne’s partner in 2006. He, however, has assisted the team in one of the firm’s trademark infringement lawsuits in 2004. he graduated with distinction from Standford Law School and has passion for the Internet and new media.

Jeffrey M. Rosenfeld, Senior Associate, is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in 2002; and was the winner of the First Annual Stanford Technology Law Review paper competition for his paper entitled, “Spiders and Crawlers and Bots, Oh My: The Economic Efficiency and Public Policy of Online Contracts That Restrict Data Collection, 2002”
Rosenfeld focuses on intellectual property litigation and Internet-related litigation. He has experience litigating copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing, domain name, and other Internet-related disputes in federal court, state court, and arbitration proceedings.

Matt Thomson, Associate, has a master’s degree (LLM) in Intellectual Property from the George Washington Law School. Aside from intellectual property, he handles technology transactions, and internet law. He strongly believes on the Internet’s role in shaping the face of entertainment and media.

Margarita Calpotura, Associate, is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law. She help clients solve cases on intellectual property litigation including copyrights, trademark, and Internet-related disputes in state and federal court.
Calpotura used to helped artists negotiate recording contracts with record labels and content licenses with television and movie studios; and other musicians and businesses just starting on dealing with intellectual property transactions.
