John W. Dozier, Jr., Esq., Founder and President, has been practicing law since 1981. He has received an AV (the highest rating given to a lawyer) from fellow lawyers and judges. He appears nationwide as associated or lead counsel with local counsel. He also founded an e-commerce company in 1994. Some of his accomplishments are:
- Successfully negotiated and drafted over 500 e-commerce contracts as an internet attorney
- Prior management responsibility for over 500 law firms nationwide on behalf of Fortune 500 companies
- Past President of Statewide Specialty Bar Association
- Former Lobbyist on court rules and procedures and Legislative Chairman for National Bar Association in Washington, DC.

Kathryn A. Kleiman, Esq., Partner holds a BA from Harvard University (1987) and is a highly skilled technologist and computing professional. Her law degree was completed from Boston University School of Law in 1993 and she was an Edward Hennessy Distinguished Scholar (top 5% of class).
One of Kleiman’s notable achievement is being the founder of one of the first Internet Law practices in 1995. She works on free speech, privacy, domain name, and trademark Internet law issues for the past 12 years.
Donald Morris, Esq., Senior Litigation Counsel, graduated from College of William and Mary (1982), an Honors graduate of Widener University School of Law (1985), and a former prosecutor in Suffolk County, New York.
